3. Provide direct supervision and care for all of the children in your care

4. Assist with daily routines, including feeding, diapering/toileting, and playtime. 

5. Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to meet the developmental needs of the children

6. Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment. 

7. Adapt activities to individual needs and learning styles. 

8. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development. 

9. Conduct parent conferences as needed. 

10. Advocate for families and encourage their involvement in the program. 

11. Conduct regular observations and assessments of children's development. 

12. Identify and address any developmental concerns or needs. 

13. Maintain accurate records of children's progress. 

14. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. 

15. Follow all applicable policies and procedures. 

16. Participate in professional development opportunities.
